An introductory yoga class by Ailidh Briar. In this introduction to yogic breath work and stretching, we use the chair; exploring ways to ease the stiffness of sedentary work within the standard office environment. This class is a gentle reminder of all the relief we can bring to our bodies in small movements of self-care throughout the workday. All bodies and abilities welcomed.
